Return

The possibility of return is valid for 14 days . If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund .

Only unused items that are in the same condition that you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned. This is also always stated on the product page. Please read this carefully before placing an order. Under no circumstances should you return your purchase to the supplier/manufacturer. This way you run the risk of no refund.

REFUNDS

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We'll also let you know if we've approved or declined your refund. If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded:

  1. items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts, and where this is not the fault of us;
  2. items that are not returned within a period of 14 days after delivery;

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
If necessary, please contact the issuer of your credit card. It may take a while to see your refund. If that's not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.

SALE ITEMS

Refunds cannot be made for discounted items.

EXCHANGE

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange an item for the same item, please send an email to hello@merraki.be clearly stating your order number.

GIFTS

If the item was purchased specifically as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift voucher as soon as we have received the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the giver first received the item himself and only then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you and that person will therefore be notified that you have received it. sent back.

DISPATCH

To return your item, click on the return request or exchange request button and follow further instructions that you will receive by email. The shipping costs for returning the item are for your own account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is required to ship all returned items with a tracking option. If this is not done, you risk losing the refund.
