Our mission is to make minimalist interior items with a touch of luxury accessible to everyone. We strive to transform your home into an oasis of style and simplicity.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

We always strive for sustainability and want to do our part in any way we can. Our products are therefore carefully selected on the basis of high-quality materials and craftsmanship, with attention to the environment where possible.

Are your products handmade?

Yes, many of our products are handcrafted by craftsmen who pride themselves on craftsmanship. If a product is handmade, this is always stated in the product information.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Absolute! Many of our products are already delivered in extremely elegant packaging, making each package feel like a gift.

How do I place an order in your webshop?

You can easily place an order by adding your desired products to your shopping cart and then following the checkout process.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

If you want to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you with this.

What happens after I have placed my order?

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. We will then start processing your order with care.

Can I have an order sent as a gift?

This is not possible at the moment, but we are doing everything we can to offer it in the future.

Are there minimum order quantities for certain products?

We do not have minimum order quantities for most products. If there is a minimum order quantity, this is stated in the product information.

Our interior items are carefully selected by us and made with love mainly in EUROPE by talented artisans

We attach great importance to quality. Our products are thoroughly inspected and meet strict standards before they are shipped to you.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Currently only the legal warranty of 2 years applies to interior items.

What materials are used for your products?

We mainly use sustainable materials such as wood, natural stone, marble, terrazzo, etc. for our products, which contributes to their durability and aesthetics.

Are your products suitable for specific interior styles?

Our interior items are designed to fit seamlessly into different interior styles, from minimalist to luxurious and everything in between.

We accept secure payment methods such as banconctact, payconic, paypal, credit card, ideal, to make your transactions run smoothly.

Can I pay in installments?

We currently do not offer payment in installments, but we are constantly evaluating new payment options.

Will I receive an invoice with my order?

Yes, you can request this for every purchase by sending an email to hello@merraki.be.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only offer shipping throughout EUROPE.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately and we will quickly resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows you to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet our return conditions.

How can I return a product?

To return a product, you can contact our customer service for instructions and a return label.

How long do I have to return a product?

You have 14 days to return a product, counting from the receipt of your order.

Are the return costs reimbursed?

The return costs are usually borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged. These will be deducted from the refund.

How do I receive my money back after a return shipment?

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process a refund to the original payment method as soon as possible. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed.
